I help people transform stress into strength by combining the science of mindfulness with the energy wisdom of Pranic Healing.
Billie White, MLIS, AHIP, is a qualified teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and a Certified Associate Pranic Healing® Practitioner. Billie trained under Master Stephen Co, whose teacher is GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui. Billie is dedicated to helping individuals restore peace, vitality, clarity, and health through a unique integration of mindfulness and energy-based healing.
Billie’s workshops combine evidence-informed mindfulness practices with subtle energy techniques to reduce stress, align emotional states, activate healing, and anchor the inner light of the soul. She founded the Southwest (Online) Mindfulness Center after completing her MBSR teacher training at Brown University's School of Professional Studies – Mindfulness Center.
With a strong foundation in Continuing Medical Education and evidence-based clinical information, Billie is also an experienced adult learning instructor. Her skill set spans a range of spiritual and energy healing disciplines, including:

Mindfulness cultivates the inner awareness to observe our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations without judgment. It helps us become conscious of the subtle energies flowing through our lives—where we hold tension, where emotions linger, and where the body signals imbalance.
Pranic Healing builds on that awareness by providing a powerful energetic framework to cleanse, balance, and revitalize the energy body. Using breath, intention, and specific energetic techniques, it clears stagnant or congested energy and strengthens the natural life force (prana) flowing through the chakras and meridians.
When combined, mindfulness deepens your receptivity to pranic energy, and Pranic Healing enhances your capacity to stay present and aligned—body, mind, and soul.
